Currently, we are seeking a Warehouse Lead in Cape Girardeau, Missouri This Warehouse Lead position is responsible for overseeing daily bulk oil production runs, coordinating warehouse workflow, training team members, and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently. This is a working lead role that requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities: Complete daily production runs by transferring oil from bulk tanks into drums, kegs, pails, and other package sizes. Train and coordinate the daily activities of bulk oil room employees. Prioritize and direct bulk filling of customer orders. Serve as point of contact in the absence of the Branch Supervisor. Accurately record gallons used and packaged product prepared for inventory. Place finished product on racks, shelves, or bins according to designated sequence. Read and fulfill customer work orders for staging, distribution, or shipment. Assemble and stage customer orders for pickup or delivery. Load trucks for next-day deliveries. Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and verifying Bills of Lading (BOLs). Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines safely. Inspect equipment and report unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Assist with physical inventory counts and material tracking. Respond to Customer Service requests in a timely manner. Wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Previous warehouse experience required; leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic mathematical skills and inventory accuracy. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
