Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care 13-Week Contract
Location: Weston County Manor, 451 West Main Street, Newcastle, WY 82701
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: Two weeks from offer (original start 9/22/25)
Schedule: 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. 36 hours guaranteed weekly
Compensation: $21/hour + $975 weekly stipend
Experience Required: Prior travel experience

Position Overview

Weston County Manor is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract in our Long-Term Care facility. This night-shift assignment offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and a weekly stipend to support your travel and lodging expenses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
• Document care accurately in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, caring environment for residents

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Wyoming or compact state)
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in LTC or skilled nursing
• Current BLS certification
