In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will apply your expertise in traffic signal cabinets and hardware to troubleshoot complex software and system issues, collaborate with development teams, and ensure systems are properly installed, commissioned, and operating at peak performance. This role also includes delivering technical training, providing responsive field and remote support, and contributing to hardware assembly and RMA processing within a collaborative, innovation-focused team environment. Key Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in intersection control and central system software platforms Perform release testing across multiple traffic signal cabinet environments Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, partnering with software development teams to resolve customer challenges Deliver product training sessions both remotely and on-site Provide technical support via phone, in person, and through ticketing systems Build strong working relationships with distributors, municipalities, and agency traffic signal technicians Support installation, commissioning, and performance optimization of deployed systems Assist with hardware assembly and RMA processing as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Traffic Signal Technician High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of NTCIP 1202-compliant intersection control software Strong understanding of NEMA, ATC, and TEES traffic signal cabinet types Extensive electrical troubleshooting experience Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in field environments Preferred Qualifications Experience working with public agencies or municipalities Familiarity with advanced intersection control systems IMSA Traffic Signal Technician III certification preferred Experience in a customer-facing technical support role Interested in hearing more?
