The Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential and mixed-use development projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in accordance with quality standards. You will be managing large-scale projects ranging from $50 million to $100 million and collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners.
