We are hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for local properties in Charlottesville.

Monday-Friday schedule - full time hours

The duties of this position may include:

• Building and grounds maintenance
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical knowledge
• Power washing
• Keeping the property clean, free of debris
• Other tasks as assigned
