Conflicts Attorney - Urgent Hire

A leading national law firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to support its conflicts and ethics function. This role is central to firm decision-making and offers exposure to sophisticated legal work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflict check reports for new matters and lateral hires

• Identify legal and business conflicts and advise partners and firm leadership

• Draft conflict waivers and assist with resolution of conflicts

• Implement ethical walls and screening procedures

• Respond to conflicts and intake-related inquiries

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing

• 1-6 years of conflicts experience in a large law firm environment

• Intapp experience preferred; Aderant a plus
