Patient Demographics:
Population: Neonates, typically those with gestational ages of 28+ weeks. Infants under 28 weeks are stabilized and transferred.
Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 6.3
NICU Details: 10-bed Level III NICU with the capacity to increase to 12 infants for short periods.
EMR System: Epic
Additional Information:
Integrated NICU: Infants remain in LDRP with family, but can be transferred to the NICU if needed.
Submission Requirements:
Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible - Required
Active IA License or Active IMLC (with LOQ at name clear) - Required
Fellowship Trained in Neonatology - Required
Clean Malpractice/Background History - Required (Upload NPDB report within 30 days)
