We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by phone, email, and chat, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experienceall while working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our system
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
Required qualifications:
