Facility: Established Community Health Center that focuses on meeting the needs of underserved areas of New Mexico. All told, they operate approximately 100 programs in communities throughout the state. They have achieved Joint Commission accreditation and Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) certification. The organization has also achieved Bronze status from the Health Center Advocacy Network (ACE).
