Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Join our growing team at a premier healthcare system in Lima, Ohio! We are seeking two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional care utilizing advanced medical technology you d expect from a larger health center.

Our facility offers a collaborative work environment with 8 current CRNAs and 1 MD on staff. We provide a wide range of anesthesia services in a level II trauma designated hospital, featuring 12 operating rooms and a variety of surgical cases. Our organized and supportive team is dedicated to autonomy and professional growth.

• Administer anesthesia for surgical procedures, including General, MAC, and TIVA.
• Conduct pre-ops, inductions, and emergences independently.
• Perform nerve blocks and manage pain for patients, with a dedicated schedule for Pain Management cases.
• Collaborate with a strong anesthesiologist team to ensure a high standard of care.
• Utilize Meditech EMR and Spectrum Anesthesia EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in a robust block program supported by trained RNs and techs.
• Contribute to a great team environment that promotes continuous learning.

• Active Board Certification AANA or eligible at the time of start.
• Current Ohio nursing license (or willingness to obtain).
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS by time of start.
• 3+ years of experience as a CRNA is preferred.
• Possession of DEA license prior to start is mandatory.
• Submission of a recent NPDB report (within 30 to 60 days active).

• Board Certified by the AANA (required).
• Ohio license (or willing to obtain) (required).
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications (required).
• NRP certification is highly preferred.
• DEA license (must be obtained prior to start).
