We are seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic team in the Novi area, part of the vibrant metro Detroit community. Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to patients across various ages and medical conditions.
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop comprehensive anesthetic plans.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of care for all procedures.
  • Manage airway services and intubations during emergencies and resuscitations.
  • Foster positive patient experiences by exceeding expectations.
  • Contribute to the professional development of peers and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver individualized care in a safe environment.
  • Provide mentorship and education to new staff and patients/families.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Participate in community and professional organizations to enhance professional growth.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
  • Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses.
  • At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training).
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or willingness to obtain.
  • Clean malpractice and license history.
  • Ability to work in varied shift conditions and environments.
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses must be in hand.
  • Up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations.
  • DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to starting.
  • Willingness to travel to other ambulatory care sites when necessary.
