Ordering: Place and manage vendor orders for the location, working with Purchasing to maintain appropriate stock levels and lead times. Facility Presentation: Ensure the sales counter and warehouse present a clean, organized, and professional image for customers and vendors visiting the location. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the store's inventory of oil and gas equipment and supplies. Stay informed on new products and industry trends. Employee Training and Development: Hire, train, schedule, and develop the store's small team; oversee time clocks and attendance for direct reports. Store operations: opening and closing procedures, counter and phone coverage, breaks and lunch coverage, and first point of contact on any POS/Eagle system issue.
