Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 1. Administration and Office Management (40%) Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs, office environment, asset and procurement management. Organize and coordinate company meetings, team building activities and other events. Manage company contracts, files, seals, etc., ensuring compliance. Receive visitors and handle external liaison matters. 2. Financial Management (30%) Responsible for the review, entry and payment of the company's daily expense reimbursements. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and follow up on invoice matters. Responsible for employee salary calculation, payment and individual income tax declaration. Prepare monthly financial statements (such as profit and loss statement, balance sheet) and conduct basic financial analysis. Cooperate with annual audit and tax declaration work. Assist in managing the company's bank accounts and cash flow. 3. Human Resources Management (30%) Execute the entire process of recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding. Manage employee labor contracts, personnel files and rosters. Assist in the formulation and improvement of personnel rules and regulations. Manage employee social security and housing provident fund contributions and changes. Organize basic tasks such as employee training and performance evaluations. Answer employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, etc.
