Pay is Salary plus regular bonuses based on Sales

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Two (2) years administrative, secretarial or clerical experience
- Have a WA Real Estate Broker License, or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Internet literate
- Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly
- Capable of working in a fluid environment with a can-do attitude
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Complete and stay on top of all tasks delegated by your supervisor
- Responsible for title management, as necessary
- Responsible for project tracking and communicating status
- Create and manage MLS database for home sales
- Manage permit process and procedures
- Manage order placement
- Assist with sales and customer service for CHS
- Involved in project management
- Communicate regularly with clients, agents, contractors, and colleagues related to existing and potential projects, travel may be necessary.
- Maintain website by keeping information current
- Complete any clerical duties assigned
- Assist CHS Operations Manager, as necessary
