Installation and machine maintenance, including diagnosis, repairs, certifications, and re-calibration of various machines at customer sites within WI/ IL region Perform service calls at customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving company products. Provide technical support to other service representatives and customers, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Prepare and complete service and expense reporting related to assigned duties in a timely manner. Represent the company professionally while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, and software systems. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
