Locum Psychiatrist Correctional Health Pennsylvania (Dauphin & York) Seeking a Locum Psychiatrist to provide services within a correctional health setting supporting Dauphin County Prison and York County facilities in Pennsylvania. This is a part-time locum opportunity (16 hours per week) with a flexible schedule and a collaborative behavioral health team. Position Details Location: Dauphin County Prison & York, PA Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: March 30, 2026 Schedule: 2 shifts per week (16 hours total) Shift Options: Monday Friday between 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Shift Length: 8 hours Compensation Rate: To be discussed at time of interview Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management within a correctional health setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team including psychologists, counselors, and social workers Manage medication treatment plans for incarcerated patients Support continuity of care and mental health stabilization Patient Population Approximately patients within the facility Roughly one-third of patients require medication management Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist Minimum 1+ year of experience Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
