General Job Description:
The Director of Career Services provides strategic leadership for a comprehensive, student-centered career development office that advances student persistence, career readiness, and post-graduation success. The Director oversees career education, employer engagement, experiential learning, and outcomes reporting, ensuring alignment with Tiffin University's Student Development & Transformation pillars: Connect, Grow, Lead, Adapt.
This position serves as a critical connector between academic programs and employers, translating labor-market needs into clear pathways for students through internships, career programming, and employer partnerships. The Director also manages career data systems and outcomes reporting, including the First Destination Survey.

In addition to the growth in Tiffin, TU graduate and undergraduate programs are offered online. The Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA programs are also offered at Bucharest, Romania. The American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland (AUS) and TU have entered into a partnership, the Dual Degree Program (DDP), allowing AUS students to obtain a dual degree from both institutions.
