Care Cart Driver

Care Cart Driver Reports to: Jeep/ATV Supervisor Category: Seasonal (April-September 2026) Salary Range: $18 per hour with bonus potential Summary: Care Cart Driver transports cruise guests and non-cruise guests to various locations at Icy Strait Point. The driver will ensure guests that have mobility issues are the priority to be transported to different locations on site. The driver is also responsible for remembering the route for the cart and respond to calls in a timely manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct all activities and decisions according to Icy Strait Point's guiding principles: BAP: Best, Authentic, ProfitableProvide excellent customer service to all IPS guestsProvide guests with general information about ISPParticipate in all required trainingsPromote other ISP venues, distribute ISP literature and/or sell ISP merchandiseWork as greeters to welcome guests and conduct guest orientationsTake tickets, and load passengersAssist within programs wherever neededOther duties as assigned Requirements: Adequate knowledge or willingness to learn about Tlingit cultureValid Driver's licenseMust have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate with ISP guests and others in a professional, friendly, and accurate manner. Previous experience in guest services.The Driver must be able to learn, retain and relay general ISP information. Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred25 or older is preferredDriver for Hire card is preferred Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Able to sit for extended periodsAble to work long hours in peak season with limited time offComfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote settingAble to walk and drive on gravel roads in inclement weather when on site.Must be under maximum weight guidelines for the vehicle.Able to comfortably lift up to 50+ pounds.
