Otolaryngology Physician

ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio at a top-ranked Newsweek World s Best Hospital 2025 is seeking a full-time, board-certified Otolaryngologist to join their supportive and flexible practice. Located in a thriving independent community health system, this opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a collaborative environment backed by advanced technology.

• Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competition.
• Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in the clinic.
• Perform surgeries in one of three OR locations, including local hospitals and surgery centers.
• Utilize advanced technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots.
• Collaborate with an onsite audiology team and various medical/surgical subspecialties.
• Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers.
• Take backup call only while APPs cover primary calls.
• Contribute to a collegial work culture that values work-life balance and physician wellness.
• Have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes.
• Access Mayo Clinic resources for ongoing education and support.
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
• Unrestricted medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain.
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).
• Clean malpractice history and medical license.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Board Certification by the appropriate specialty board in Otolaryngology.
• Unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
• DEA certification to be obtained before starting position.
