- Setting: FQHC in Inland Empire
- Scope: Women s Health, wellness exams, pap smears, minor procedures, STI/STD testing, pregnancy testing, birth control, participation in ultrasounds
- Dates: ASAP for 3 months (3 weeks to credential)
- Schedule: 5/8s, may float between San Bernardino and Banning office
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Experience: 2+ years of Women's Health PA exp
- License and certification: active CA lic, DEA, BLS
