Maintenance Technician - Apartment Community
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $22-$26 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at our apartment community. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with work orders, unit turns, and general building maintenance, along with strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders, repairs, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform unit turns, including basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and minor upgrades
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC (basic), and appliance issues
• Maintain community grounds and common areas
• Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed
• Follow safety standards and maintain documentation of completed work

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience in apartments, residential properties, or similar environment
• Experience with maintenance turns and completing work orders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Valid CA Driver's License required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
