Job Description
A well-established acute care teaching hospital in Middle Tennessee, commutable from Nashville, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to help lead clinical pharmacy services. This is a Monday-Friday leadership role within a Level IV Trauma Center that supports advanced clinical programs and a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program. This role oversees clinical training, competencies, and performance improvement while serving as pharmacy's liaison to hospital committees. You'll lead up to 9 direct reports and collaborate closely with medical and nursing leadership.
Candidates must have strong hospital pharmacy experience, some leadership or precepting background, and meet residency and/or experience requirements. BS Pharmacy required (PharmD preferred); TN license or eligibility required.
