Production Worker FULL-TIME $15/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus, see details below Starting pay is $13.40/hour for day shift + $1.60/hour shift differential for second shift and can go up to $19.00/hour depending on experience. The Production Worker/Machine Operator is responsible for performing a variety of entry-level tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Production Worker Feeding Sanders; takes panels from a pallet and places them under the sander. Assembling various components based on customer specifications; meets quality and quantity standards. Catching panels coming off Tenoners. Working in HDF cell. Down piling rails off Cope. Machine Operator Sets-up, operates and verifies work on assigned machine in a manner which consistently meets customer specification, quality requirements and production standards. Monitors product constantly to ensure that quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards. Assists in training new operators as required.
