About the Role- We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to join us at TeamHealth, the largest and most financially stable group practice in the United States
- This position offers the opportunity to provide patient care within skilled nursing facilities while enjoying the flexibility of completing documentation from home
Role Overview- Schedule: flexible schedule working 1 day per week within Monday to Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds to assigned patients
- Complete documentation remotely (TeamHealth provides iPad or laptop), within 48 hours of patient visit
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
RequirementsThe following backgrounds are acceptable:
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Experience with EMR EPIC or Gehrimed is helpful but not required
- Strong organizational skills required, especially with patient documentation
Expected compensation is estimated range of $300 to $400 per day with no cap on productivity income potential.
