Candidates should have hospital pharmacy experience, with pharmacy leadership experience preferred (exceptions will be made for those with a strong tie to the area and/or good familiarity and comfort with our rural location). A Bachelor's in Pharmacy is required (PharmD strongly preferred), and candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a Utah state pharmacist license.
