Responsibilities: Pre-anesthesia assessment, patient consent, induction, maintenance, emergence, monitoring, and clinical interventions as needed.

• 10 anesthesia rooms
• Medically directed model (MD supervising CRNAs)
• MD-to-CRNA ratio: 1:4
• EMR: Epic
• Rare MD solo cases
• Collaborative team environment

• NBCRNA
• Active Virginia license (compact accepted; will consider licensing candidates)
• DEA
• Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified or recertified by AANA Council
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days (temp privileges available)
