Position Highlights
Open to full-time (80 hours/pay period) or part-time (48 hours/pay period) employment
Independent CRNA practice model no supervision required
Cases: All types except neurosurgery and cardiac; healthy pediatrics only
Procedures: Wide range, including regional and peripheral nerve blocks
Facilities: 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby ASC
Schedule: Assigned shifts; equitable paid call with post-call day off; weekends shared
Work alongside a solid, experienced team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists
Relocation may be required for local residency
Requirements
Board Certified CRNA Required
Active or eligible for Oregon licensure Required
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience Required (no new graduates)
Clean malpractice history/background Required
Copy of NPDB self-query report Required
Must specify interest in full-time or part-time role Required
Note any ties to Oregon (family, prior residence, etc.) Required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $305,218 annually (for full-time, experienced CRNA at 1.0 FTE)
