Collaborate with facility staff to ensure an effective wound care plan. Perform wound debridement and prescribe appropriate wound dressings. Educate nursing staff, and maintain open communication with primary care physicians, families, and clinical teams as required. Order necessary medications and provide clear instructions for their use. Provide quality patient care to the Geriatric patient population.
