CRNA need in Jackson, MI with an immediate start and ongoing need!
Shift: 4 shifts per week,10hr each
EMR: EPIC
Call: No call duties required
Job Description: - Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
- Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring proper management of neurological status pre- and post-procedure
- Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia as required by surgical procedures
- Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout the surgical process
- Deliver anesthesia under direct supervision in a collaborative environment with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase (pre-op, intra-op, and post-op)
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards
- Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center
- Contribute to a daily volume of approximately 50 surgical cases
- Work alongside a team in multiple operating rooms, with rotating assignments based on need
- Respond to emergencies and provide airway management, including intubation if needed
Mandated Job Requirements: - Board Certified CRNA
- Active MI License
- Clean Background
- ACLS & BLS through AHA
- PALS
- Must have 1 year of CRNA experience
- No job gaps
- Prefer full time providers but will consider part time
