Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Austin, TX

- Join a team of 35 physicians and 10 APPs within a fast-growing value-based care group
- Collaborate with supportive teammates in a well-resourced, community-focused Austin clinic
- Holistic care model includes in-house physical therapy, nutrition, and social support services
- Minimal call; just 2 weeks per year, shared across Texas locations
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM clinic hours
- Patient-focused schedule: 60 minutes for new visits, 20 minutes for follow-ups
- Flexible, sustainable schedule designed for long-term satisfaction
- Expect to build a full panel over approximately 24 months
- Base salary between $260K and $280K with up to 20% quality bonus potential
- Relocation assistance up to $10K; malpractice with tail included
- Comprehensive medical coverage and 401(k) with 3% match

- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
