Schedule consists of 6x 13.5-hour shifts per 2-week pay period;No call Choice to do only days, nights, or combination Primary responsibility includes critical care management of open heart and mechanical circulatory system patients (ECMO, Impella) within institutional protocols under the supervision of a Cardiothoracic Surgeon Highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team partnered with in-unit Pulmonary Critical Care Partnered with ELSO for on-site ECMO education Robust opportunities for clinician growth and leadership development.
