Creates learning objectives, storyboard or design documentation and learning approaches targeted to business goals and requirements. Completes peer-to-peer reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and appropriate use of course content guidelines. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff. Proficient experience with instructional authoring tools (i.e., Articulate Storyline 360) and other learning technologies. Description Summary: The Principal Trainer II is responsible for the instructional design, delivery, and maintenance of comprehensive training programs for assigned Epic application(s). This role involves building, testing, and maintaining the training environment, updating policy and procedure documentation, and conducting training for new staff, including Credentialed Trainers.
