Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days (clean malpractice history may qualify for expedited privileging)
Ongoing assignment
Facility will accept multiple providers
Shift Description
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Practice Setting
Outpatient and inpatient
Patients per shift: 15
Support staff: 2 RN, 2 MA, 1 APP
Requirements
Must be board eligible or board certified
Licensed in WA or IMLC
ABLS, ACLS, BLS
Fellowship preferred
Epic/Beacon experience is a plus
Assignment Details
Facility Trauma Level: 2
60% oncology / 40% hematology
Majority solid tumor cases
No leukemia; possible lymphoma
EMR: Epic/Beacon (all chemo ordered through treatment plans)
