Client seeks Physician for December 19, 22, 24, 26, 29, & 31 and January 2 & 8 at their Corporate Health clinic in Bartlett, TN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, and Friday 7:00am-11:00am. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
