The position involves 12-hour day and night shifts, offering a collaborative hospital environment with competitive pay and conversion incentives. Dates / Schedule 12-hour shifts (days and nights) Ongoing/continuous scheduling availability required Job Details / Responsibilities Provide hospital-based pediatric care for inpatients on a 46-bed floor Average daily census: patients No circumcisions required Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital staff to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standards Follow established protocols and Rules of Engagement for rate structure and conversion terms Required Skills and Qualifications Board Certification in Pediatrics (Board Eligible not accepted) Active Nevada medical license or IMLC Compact eligibility Clinically active within the past year Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in pediatrics CV in MM/YYYY format with all employment gaps explained Adherence to submission requirements Ongoing availability for scheduled shifts
