Responsibilities:
Enter and process customer orders in Sage 100
Monitor inventory levels and assist with audits
Generate reports in Excel and maintain documentation in Word
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in order entry, inventory, & customer service, preferably in manufacturing
Proficiency in Sage 100, Excel, and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
