Creates and maintain staff work schedules and ensure optimal staffing across functional areas within clinic. Assists in evaluation of behaviors and disciplinary action of staff. Ensures employees are adequately trained to perform assigned duties safely and correctly. Ensures excellence in customer experience by addressing customer feedback, monitoring patient satisfaction metrics, and implementing solutions for improvements. Ensures staff compliance with company policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations. Maintains proper inventory process and ordering to ensure adequate stock of supplies. Participates in meetings for regular touch base and for special project as needed.
