RESPONSIBILITIES Performs difficult and complex work requiring strong technical skills and significant knowledge and experience within the functional area or specific engineering discipline. Provides expert technical support, direction, and advice in analyzing and evaluating systems, equipment, and programs. Implements technology within an engineering field. Focuses on the practical application of engineering theories. perform product improvement, testing, field engineering, development, manufacturing construction systems development, quality control, and operational engineering. provide technical project management, including scoping, scheduling, budget development, cost tracking, and oversight of complex projects to meet cost and time objectives.
