The program started in July 2025 with 8 residents per program year. Our team currently includes an experienced Program Director, Assistant Program Director and 3 Core Family Medicine Faculty, plus well-trained, dedicated clinical staff. Split schedule of resident supervision, personal clinical, and administrative time Work with Program Director on program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development and resident coaching. Serve as a member of the program evaluation committee and clinical competency committee. Perform additional academic and clinical duties as assigned by the program director Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Model professionalism for residents, medical students and clinical staff. Possess excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the EPIC EMR. Faculty will be responsible for administering and maintaining an educational environment conducive to educating residents in each of the ACGME competency areas.
