We are currently seeking elite, independent Diesel Service Partners (1099) to provide high-level diagnostic and repair services directly to our clients in the field. There is no "in-shop" work; this is a role for the autonomous technician who excels in a field-service environment. Avanti Fleet provides the strategic infrastructure including administrative support, specialized heavy tooling, and business development resources allowing our partners to focus 100% on technical execution and fleet uptime. Scope of Services Field Diagnostics & Repair: Execute advanced troubleshooting and repairs on Class 7/8 vehicles and heavy equipment at client locations or roadside. On-Site Preventative Maintenance: Conduct comprehensive PM services and safety inspections in a mobile capacity. Emergency Service Response: Manage mobile service calls with a high degree of autonomy and technical proficiency. System Specialization: Diagnostic and repair work involving aftertreatment systems (DPF/DEF), fuel systems, electrical networks, and hydraulic systems.
