We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and secure cloud-native and Kubernetes-based platforms for government clients. This role includes supporting Spectro Cloud Kubernetes installations in classified and air-gapped environments. You will be instrumental in building and automating Linux and hybrid cloud infrastructure to enable secure and scalable mission outcomes. This position can be based in Melbourne, FL; Huntsville, AL; Denver, CO; or Salt Lake City, UT Key Responsibilities: Architect and deploy secure, scalable Linux and Kubernetes infrastructures for government environments. Guide client teams on cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and DevSecOps best practices. Implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools to streamline infrastructure operations. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks such as STIG, RMF, and related DoD requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize performance across complex, distributed systems. Mentor client teams on Kubernetes operations, infrastructure automation, and secure cloud practices. Required Skills Strong experience in Linux infrastructure and cloud-native environments Hands-on Kubernetes administration (2+ years) CI/CD pipeline development and management (3+ years) using GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc. Automation expertise with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash Experience securing and troubleshooting distributed systems Knowledge of DoD security frameworks (STIG, RMF) Strong communication and mentoring abilities DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent) required Experience U.S. Citizenship 8+ years of infrastructure engineering experience 2+ years of Kubernetes administration 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline work Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% Preferred Experience: Experience with Spectro Cloud Kubernetes VMware and Windows infrastructure in hybrid environments Familiarity with RMF and ATO processes Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, RHCE, AWS, Azure GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) Exposure to edge computing and air-gapped deployments

We are currently in need of a Secret cleared VMware Engineer. Lead the design and implementation of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9 environments using the Architecture Excellence - End-to-End Delivery Methodology. Align current architecture with future-state requirements. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Create scalable, secure VMware VCF 9 solutions; produce HLD/LLD and operational documentation. Implementation: Deploy and configure VCF components; perform migrations; validate solutions through testing. Optimization: Monitor performance, implement automation (vRealize, PowerCLI), and optimize based on KPIs. Security & Compliance: Enforce security standards, RBAC, and audit logging. Governance: Drive Architecture Review Boards, manage risks/issues, maintain RTM and project hygiene. Collaboration: Align virtualization strategy with business goals; partner with PMO for workstream planning and roadmap development. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain design artifacts, capacity reports, and deliver handback packages. Required Skills Active DoD Secret Clearance required Expertise in VMware VCF 9, vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, vRealize Suite. Strong architecture and governance experience. Familiarity with End-to-End Delivery Methodology. VMware certifications (VCDX preferred). required Experience Bachelor's degree or 7 - 10 years' equivalent work experience
