Responsibilities
- Partner with the service department to present trade-in options to service customers
- Highlight vehicle features, value-add products, and financing options
- Conduct test drives safely and professionally
- Negotiate and close deals ethically and transparently
- Assist with vehicle delivery, explaining features, warranty, and service needs
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Automotive sales experience preferred (new or pre-owned)
- Desking/appraisal experience a plus
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Proven customer service and closing ability
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Valid, clean NYS driver's license
- Basic computer and internet skills
