What You'll Do Prepare construction calculations for grading, utilities, pavement, and building layouts. Draft and manage layout deliverables in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. Verify as-built construction against design plans. Translate civil, architectural, and structural drawings into precise field data for crews. Coordinate with contractors, superintendents, and project managers. What You Bring 5+ years of combined experience in construction layout and calculations. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. Ability to interpret construction documents and agency standards. Field survey experience a plus.
