Job Title & Role Description:
The Quality Coordinator supports the Quality team by reviewing patient records in Navina and other clinical systems to identify open HEDIS and quality gaps. This role is responsible for abstracting clinical documentation, verifying accuracy, and preparing supplemental data for submission. The Quality Coordinator ensures that documentation is complete and accurate so quality measures can be properly reported. This is an entry to mid-level position that focuses on data accuracy, gap closure, and consistent support of quality improvement activities under the direction of the Quality Specialist and Quality leadership.
