Friday Services is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support customer operations for our client in Brevard, NC.
This role plays a key part in supporting customers, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth production and shipping process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all customer needs are met.
Enter and manage orders using ERP systems, including customer setup, finished goods setup, and billing.
Work closely with Production and Shipping to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Compensation details: 18 Hourly Wage
