Overview
AIC (Accident Insurance Company) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist customers with billing and account activity
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Preform accounts receivable functions and posting payments
- Complete daily tasks such as invoicing, notice of cancellations, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a huge plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience
- Knowledge of client services, customer support, and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with analyzing customer data to improve service quality is a plus
