Position Overview The Director / FP&A Manager consultant will serve as a key consultant within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, focusing on leasing revenue forecasting, planning, and analytics for a large commercial real estate portfolio. Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with Maintenance Supervisor. Administer action plans consistently, and on a timely basis with performance problems.
