Project Management Risk Assessment: Experience in project management specifically within the finance domain identifying, assessing and monitoring all aspects of change management risk. Internal Controls Experience (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) is considered a strong asset. Professional Certifications: Hold relevant professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Project Management Professional (PMP). Accounting Foundation: A foundation in accounting principles and practices. Analytical & Strategic Scoping: Exceptional critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative ideas and scope engagements. Risk Assessment & Audit Proficiency: Experience in performing risk assessments and audits, identifying key risks and control weaknesses. Executive Communication: Ability to clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior-level leadership. Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $114,080 - $218,030. USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
