Technical Oversight: Coordinate and execute the design, build, and test of various rack configurations, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance standards are met. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in program execution, risk management, and operational efficiency across global integration centers. Responsible for program planning and scheduling, including the timing and resources required to deliver upon key milestones / deliverables and the implications from key interdependencies. What is the experience needed to be successful in this role? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; Master's preferred. 12-15+ years of experience in program management in rack integration, modular data centers, or cloud infrastructure. Proven success in customer-facing roles managing large-scale, global programs. Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization programs and best practices, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies. Deep understanding of MDC architecture, rack-level integration, and hyperscale cloud infrastructure. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
