We are looking for a HVAC Customer Service Technician to join our team for the High Desert area (Victorville, Adelanto, Palmdale, Bakersfield).
We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about quality craftsmanship and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding HVAC services and products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide accurate solutions and recommendations.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Document customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the company database.
- Assist in the preparation of service estimates and quotes for HVAC repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Educate customers on energy-saving practices and the benefits of regular HVAC maintenance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, services, and regulations to effectively assist customers.
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC customer service or a related field
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Certification in HVAC or related technical field is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
